 {( {4}^{5} )}^{x}  =  {( {4}^{4} )}^{x}  \div  {4}^{2}

 \implies  {(4)}^{5x}  =   \frac{ {(4)}^{4x} }{ {(4)}^{2} }

 \implies  {(4)}^{5x}  =  {(4)}^{4x - 2}

 \implies 5x = 4x - 2

 \red{ \therefore x =  - 2}
