as you know the capacitance added series by rule

that is

let's assume the common capacitance is ¢

then

1/C=1/¢+1/¢+1/¢

C=¢/3

and as we know

voltage is inversely proportional to capacitance

so

C=q/v

where q is charge

so voltage is

v=1/C×q

so V = 3v
