Let A be the event such that Neha gets the first chance

A= { TH,HT} ,n(A)= 2

P(A)=n(A)/n(S)

=2/4

=1/2

Let B be the event such that Lata get the first chance

B={HH} n(B)= 1

p(B)=1/4

let C be the event such that Sonia get the first chance .

C={TT}

n(C)=1

p(C)=1/4

Her decision is not fair as Neha will get less chance than Lata and Sonia
