 \frac{sin \: x + 3sin \:x + 5sin \: x + 7sin \: x }{cos \: x + 3cos \: x + 5cos \: x + 7cos \: x}  =  \frac{16 \: sin \: x}{16 \: cos \: x}

  \frac{ \sin \:x }{ \cos \: x }  =  \tan \: x

hence

 \frac{16 \: sin \: x}{16 \: cos \: x}  = 16 \:  \tan \: x

therefore option a is correct
