hi dear.
i think you want question of pole.
Then ans. is
the lower side is 8.4 then upper side which is parallel is also 8.4 cm
Then 17 - 10.7 = 6.3
so now by Pythagoras theorem,
AB^2 = (8.4)^2 + (6.3)^2
taking square roots,
AB = 8.4 + 6.3
AB = 14.7 m
