 {(x +  \frac{1}{x} )}^{2} =  {x}^{2} + 2 \times x \times  \frac{1}{x}    +  \frac{1}{ {x}^{2} }  \\  {(4 + 3 +  \frac{1}{4 + 3}) }^{}  =  {x}^{2}  +  \frac{1}{ {x}^{2} }  + 2 \\ 7 +  \frac{1}{ 7}   -  2 =  {x}^{2} +  \frac{1}{ {x}^{2} }   \\( 49 + 1 )\div 7   - 2=  {x}^{2}  +  \frac{1}{ {x}^{2} }  \\ 5+  \frac{1}{7}  =  {x}^{2}  +  \frac{1}{ {x}^{2} }
hope it helps
