 {x}^{5 \div 7} (1 +  {x}^{7 \div 7} )
 {x}^{5 \div 7}  \times 2 = 31
x =  ({31 \div 2})^{7 \div 5}
x = 2.17

Answer:

x = 0

Step-by-step explanation:

Given: x^(5/7) ÷ x^(12/7) = 31

⇒ x^(5/7) = (31x^12/7)

Take both sides to the power of 7.

⇒ x⁵ = 31⁷x¹²

⇒ 31⁷x¹² - x⁵ = 0

On dividing both sides by 31⁷, we get

⇒ (31⁷x¹²/31⁷) - (x⁵/31⁷) = 0

⇒ x¹² = 0

x = 0.

Hope it helps!
