For a Pair of Linear Equations to have Infinite Solutions, Then,

 \frac{ a_{1} }{ a_{2} }  =  \frac{b_{1}}{b_{2}} = \frac{ c_{1} }{ c_{2} }

We know,

a_{1} = 1

a_{2} = a - b

b_{1} = 2

b_{2} = a + b

c_{1} = -1

c_{2} = -a - b + 2

Hence, Putting the Values,

 \frac{1}{a - b}  =  \frac{2}{a + b}  =  \frac{ - 1}{ - a - b + 2}

Solving the Equations,

a = 3b

Putting this value in 2nd and 3rd Equation,

We get b = 1 and a = 3

Hope it Helps
