Answer:

SEE BELOW ↓

Step-by-step explanation:

i) the angle adjacent to angle 120° is 80° as they are supplementary angles. now , we know , exterior angle of a triangle is equal to the sum of the interior and opposite angles of the triangle with respect to the exterior angle. therefore, angle 60° = angle 'y' as the triangle is isosceles and these two angles are equal . Now, angle x = 60° as the angle sum property of a triangle states that the sum of all the interior angles of a triangle is equal to 180°.

ii) This is a right angle isosceles triangle with angle x equals to angle adjacent to angle y . These two are both 45° as the unequal angle is 90° and another 90° is left which is equally shared by both the angles = 90°/2 = 45°

Now, angle y is 180°-45° ( the 45° is the angle adjacent to angle y.)

= 135° .

iii) The triangle is isosceles with its unequal side equal to its vertically opposite angle which is 92°.

therefore , remaining angle = 180° - 92° = 88°

now ,the angle adjacent to angle y and angle 'x' is equals to (88/2)° = 44° each . Now , angle 'y' equals to 180°-44°= 136°.

Hope it helped !!

Thanks !!
