zeros are \alpha and \beta

We know that,

Sum of zeroes =  -b/a = -1 = \alpha  +\beta ..................(i)

Product of Zeroes = c/a = 1 = \alpha \beta .....................(ii)

now,

\frac{1}{\alpha }  + \frac{1}{\beta }  = \frac{\alpha +\beta }{\alpha \beta }

therefore, from (i) and (ii)

\frac{-1}{1} = -1
