The one whose perimeter is more will cost more.
Perimeter of rectangle = 2(l+b)
= 2(18+12)
= 2×30
= 60
Cost of fencing = 60×15
= 900
Perimeter of square = 4a
= 4 (30.5)
= 122
Cost of fencing = 122×15
= 2830.
Therefore fencing the square field costs more.
Hope it helps.

Perimeter of a rectangle = 2(length+breadth)
=2(18+12)=2×30=60m
Cost of fencing of rectangular field =60×15=900m
Perimeter of a square = 4×side
=30.5×30.5=122
Cost of fencing of square field
=122×15 =1830m
Cost of fencing a Square field will cost more.
