SOLUTION

we \: have \: given \: that \: \\ {2}^{2x + 3} + 1 = {2}^{x} \times {3}^{2} \\ {2}^{2x + 3} \div {2}^{x} = {3}^{2} - 1 \\ {2}^{2x + 1 - x} = 8 \\ {2}^{x + 3} = {2}^{3} \\ on \: comparing \: we \: get \\ x + 3 = 3 \\ x = 0
