let the number be=x
5x^2+4y^2+10xy-x=2x^2+6y^2+9xy
-x= -5x^2+4y^2+10xy+2x^2+6y^2+9xy
-x=-5x^2+2x^2+4y^2+6y^2+10xy+9y
-x= -3x^2+10y^2+19xy
(both the minus will be cancelled)
x=3x^2+10y^2+19xy.

hence,
3x^2+10y^2+19xy is the ans.
