the angle between them is 90... as when the projectile is launched from ground it has two vectors ... one in horizontal direction other in vertical direction...at the top most point only horizontal vector is present....

accelaration in projectile is due to accelartion due to gravity which is always directed toward downwards

so answer is 90

At top most point, vertical velocity is zero.

Horizontal velocity is u cos (theta).

Acceleration is 'g' acting downward.

Therefore angle is 90°.
