    cosec²θ - sec²θ/cosec²θ +sec²θ

we know that:

  cosec²θ = 1 +cot²θ

and, sec²θ = 1 + tan²θ

then,

  cosec²θ - sec²θ/cosec²θ +sec²θ

={ ( 1 +cot²θ) - (  1 + tan²θ)}/{( 1 +cot²θ) + (  1 + tan²θ)}

= (cot²θ - tan²θ)/(2 + cot²θ + tan²θ)

we know that,

          cot θ = 1/tan θ

     cot θ = 1 /1/√3 = √3

 on putting value in obtained equation:

= (3 - 1/3)/( 5 + 1/3)

= 8/3*3/16

= 1/2

Hence, we have our required solution
