Answer:

(2a+b+3c)(2a+b-3c)

Step-by-step explanation:

given \: expession \: is \\ 4 {a}^{2} + 4ab +  {b}^{2}  - 9 {c}^{2}

it can be written as ;

 ({2a})^{2}  + (2)(2a)(b) +  {b}^{2} - 9 {c}^{2}

we know

 ({a + b})^{2}  =  {a}^{2} + 2ab +  {b}^{2}

so the expression is as follows;

({2a + b})^{2}  - 9 {c}^{2}

we also know that

 {a}^{2}  -  {b}^{2}  = (a + b)(a - b)

so the factorisation is;

(2a+b+3c)(2a+b-3c)
