Answer:

let two number = x and y

according to question

x+y=7/11

x-y=2/11

by elimination method

x+y=7/11. (take 1 equation)

x-y=2/11. (take 2 equation)

from 1 and 2 equation

2x = 9/11 ( +y and -y is cancelout and x and without x term is add)

x = 9/11 ×1/2

x = 9/22

now put the value of x = 9/22 in 1 equation

x+y=7/11

9/22 +y =7/11

y=7/11-9/22

y= 14-9/22

y=5/22

i hope this answer is right
