In ABO & DCO

AB = CD ( Given)

OB = OC (Given)

ABD = DCA (Given)

Therefore, ABC & DCB are congruent.

AC = BD ( CPCT )

Hence proved.

have a nice day buddy...

Given: AB=CD.......(i)

angle (ABD)=angle (DCA)......(ii)

To prove that:

AC=BD

Proof:

In∆ABC and∆DCB we have,

AB=CD... (Using equation (i))

BC=BC....(Common)

angle (ABD+OBC)=angle (DCA+OCB)

i.e, angle (ABC)=angle (DCB)...(Using figure)

therefore,∆ABC congruent ∆DCB...(S-A-S Congruency criterion)

Hence,AC=BD(Since, when two triangles are congruent then their corresponding angles and sides are equal)

proved....
