strategic point of view is basically a well calculated and thought up conclusive approach or perception to a thing or event or project even. Strategic point of view is much extensively used in discussions about construction of a structure or in wars or in other such heavy projects.

For example, " In my strategic point of view, we should let our cavalry lead the warzone" is a statement when people decide their war strategy and here strategic point of view refers to the fact that from my calculations, we should do so and so.

Hope this helps!
