Given,

Length of rectangle = x^2+4y^3

Breadth of rectangle= (-2x^2+y^3)

As we know,

Perimeter of rectangle = 2×(l+b)

Perimeter = 2× [x^2+4y^3+ (-2x^2+y^3)]

= 2 × [x^2+4y^3-2x^2+y^3]

= 2× [x^2-2x^2+4y^3+y^3]

= 2× [(-x^2)+5y^3]

= -2x^2+10y^3

Thanks!!
