PROKARYOTIC:
* It is a primitive organisms
* Nuclear membrane is absent
* Nucleus is absent
* Cell organelles are absent.
* Cell division is by budding.
* Has one chromosomes
Eg: Bacteria and Cyano bacteria
EUKARYOTIC:
* It is an advanced organisms
* Nuclear membrane is present.
* Nucleus is present.
* Cell organelles is present
* Cell division is by meiosis
* Has many chromosomes.
Eg: Plant cell, animal cell
