Pls tell me why the initial velocity (u) is above the origin and not on origin {pls tell fast i have an exam in an hour}

Answer:

if the initial velocity (u) is on from origin means

it indicates that

the object is starts from state of rest at t=0 sec

(I .e)

u=0

if the initial velocity is above the origin means

it indicates that

the object is already in the state of motion with some velocity at t=0 sec

(I.e)

.....u is not equal to zero .....

so here ,

aeroplane is already in motion while t=0

thats y in graph

initial velocity is above the origin..
