  1. When the switch is in 'OFF' position, electric circuit is not closed as a result none of the bulbs will glow. When the switch is in 'ON' position, circuit is complete and electric current will flow. As a result all the bulbs will glow.
  2. All the bulbs will glow at once because all the bulbs are connected with the same battery and they are being controlled by the same switch.
