1)Battle of Plassey fought in 1757 and Battle of Buxar fought in 1764. So, there's a difference between years.
2)Fought by different rulers. As battle of Plassey was fought by Siraj-ud-Daulah and East India company and Buxar was fought between Mir Quasim and East India company.
3)Battle of Plassey fought in Bengal and Battle of Buxar was fought in Bihar, so there is also a difference between places.
