I am.writing to your esteemed self to bring to your notice the nuisance caused by the stray dogs in our colony . The number of stray dogs has risen .
The rise in their number has led to various other problems such as competition for food and shelter . People loss their sleep as dog barks whole night . This problem is a headache as a person who has night shifts facing the worst situation
I am requesting you to look at that matter as soon as possible. I hope you will take absolute measures to handle the issue
