Answer:

3(7x-1) = 4x +6

21x-3 = 4x+6. transpose 4x to l.h.s so,it will

become - 4x

21x-4x = 3+6 transpose -3 to r.h.s so,it will

become +3

17x= 9

x= 9/ 17

  • We have to evaluate the above expression by using the given data.

              Given data:- 3(7x-1)=4x+6.

              To find:- Value of the expression.

              Solution:-

  • Here we will use the transposition method.
  • Transposition is one of the linear equations.
  • To solve the transposition method we wi.ll Identify the variables and constants.
  • Then we Simplify the equation in LHS and RHS.

                  3(7x-1)=4x+6\\=>21x-3=4x+6\\=>21x=4x+6+3\\=>21x=4x+9\\=>21x-4x=9\\=>17x=9\\=>x=\frac{9}{17} .

      Hence we will get the value x=\frac{9}{17} .
