The total energy gained by the ball when falling from the height = Potential energy = mgh

mgh = m*10*6200 = 62000m

Amount of energy required to change the tempreture of ball from 30`C to 300`c = mcT = m*126*300 = 37800m

The amount of energy required to change the state of lead = Latent heat = mL = 62000m - 37800m

mL = 62000m - 37800m

L= 62000 - 37800

L = 24200 J/kg
