perimeter of square is 48cm
area of rectangle is 4 cm^2 less than the area of square
length of the rectangle is 14 cm

perimeter of square=4×side
48=4×s
s=12cm
area of square=side whole square
area=144cm^2
area of rectangle is 144-4= 140 cm^2
area of rectangle=l×b
140=14×b
b=10cm
perimeter of rectangle=2(l+b)
perimeter=2(14+10)
perimeter=2×24
perimeter=48cm
