i don't understood the value of potential difference because it is not clearly seen.
if you want answer than you can divide potential difference by current you got resistance .

ok thanks for asking
the attachment is not so clear but I tried
so current is =150mA
but we know
1mA=10^-3 A
so 1500mA=1.5A
from figure
potential difference=1.5V
now
resistance
=potential difference/current
=1.5/1.5
=1 ohms
