it might feel nice for the majority to be dominant, but then it will make the minority communities feel alienated. which might lead to divison .

The statement mean the following:-

The majority community always wants itself to rule over the country or the region. This may appear good as the minority are less in number whose demands can be avoided.this decision of imposing the will of majority may not be healthy in long period of time. This is because the minority community may fell alienated from the mainstream and may become eventually rebellious when their demands are continually disregarded. This will create conflict among the majority and minority which will gradually lead to the disintegration of the country or the region.
