hey read and understand carefully
the resistances of 3 ohm and 7 ohm are in series combination so total resistance here is 3+7=10 ohm......
now this 10 ohm resistance and another 10 ohm resistance are in parallel so here total resistance is 1/10 + 1/10= 1/5.......=5 ohm..
now we have 3 resistances of 5 ohm so here total resistance is 5+5+5=15 ohm

so total resistance between A and B is 15 ohm

add the resistance 3 and 7 =10
1/10+1/10=1/5=1/R
the R=5
and now add all resistans
5+5+5=15
