Given anglePOQ = 90°

Also, we can say that
angleOPT = 90° and angleOQT = 90° (radius perpendicular to tangent)

Hence all angles are 90° (sum of all angles of quadrilateral is 360°)

Hence it is either a square or a rectangle

But if its a rectangle , adjacent sides cannot be equal. In this case OP = OQ (radius). So adjacent sides are equal.

Hence it is a square. In a square the diagonals bisect each other at 90° (right angles). Hence proved.
