In 1st pic it is showing 2 diff cells & battery of one is full and second is low But in 2nd pic it is showing combination of 2 cells with something in uppper side of silver
So plss tell whts the matter of the 2nd pic exactly its combination or something. If it will of combined then the batterys in 1st pic is low and high how it will possible in 2nd

Batteries are in series to obtain a higher voltage, the total of the voltages of the individual batteries, generally of the same voltage and type. For this answer, we will not consider internal and other resistances that may be involved - as explained in the link / article above.
In parallel, the AH of the batteries will be increased, as the total voltage will be the voltages of the individual batteries, themselves.
