see first find the area of rectangle its l*b= 180cm^2

then the area of semicircle where the diameter is

18- [2+2]=18-4=14cm

since, area= 1/2pir^2=1/2*22/7*14*14=22*14=308cm^2

now subtract the diameter from the area i.e. 180-14= 166cm^2

total area = 308+166=474cm^2
