Explanation:

 \frac{2}{5} \:  of \: 0.6 +  \frac{2.4}{8}  - 0.2

 =  >  \frac{2}{5}  \times 0.6 +  \frac{2.4}{8}  - 0.2

 =  >  \frac{12}{50}  +  \frac{24}{80}  - 0.2

 =  >  \frac{6}{25}  +  \frac{12}{40}  -  \frac{2}{10}

 =  >  \frac{6}{25}  +  \frac{3}{10}  -  \frac{2}{10}

L.C.M OF 25 AND 10 IS 50:-

 =  >  \frac{6 \times 2 + 3 \times 5 - 2 \times 5}{50}

 =  >  \frac{12 + 15 - 10}{50}

 =  >  \frac{27 - 10}{50}  =  \frac{17}{50}  = 0.34
