2x( {p}^{2}  +  {q}^{2} ) + 4y( {p}^{2}  +  {q}^{2} ) \\  = (2x + 4y)( {p}^{2}  +  {q}^{2} ) \\  = 2(x + 2y)( {p}^{2}  +  {q}^{2} )
