\large\underline{\sf{Solution-}}

The first equation is

\rm :\longmapsto\:3x - \dfrac{y + 7}{11} + 2 = 10

\rm :\longmapsto\:3x - \dfrac{y + 7}{11} = 10 - 2

\rm :\longmapsto\:\dfrac{33x - (y + 7)}{11} = 8

\rm :\longmapsto\:\dfrac{33x - y - 7}{11} = 8

\rm :\longmapsto\:33x - y - 7 = 88

\rm :\longmapsto\:33x - y = 88 + 7

\rm :\longmapsto\:33x - y = 95 - - - (i)

Second equation is

\rm :\longmapsto\:2y + \dfrac{x + 11}{7} = 10

\rm :\longmapsto\:\dfrac{14y + x + 11}{7} = 10

\rm :\longmapsto\:x + 14y + 11 = 70

\rm :\longmapsto\:x + 14y = 70 - 11

\rm :\longmapsto\:x + 14y = 59

\rm :\longmapsto\:x = 59 - 14y - - - - (ii)

Put (ii) in (i),

\rm :\longmapsto\:33(59 - 14y) - y = 95

\rm :\longmapsto\:1947 - 462y - y = 95

\rm :\longmapsto\:1947 - 463y = 95

\rm :\longmapsto\:- 463y = 95 - 1947

\rm :\longmapsto\:- 463y = - 1852

\rm :\longmapsto\:y = 4 - - - - (iii)

Put (iii) in (ii),

\rm :\longmapsto\:x = 59 - 14 \times 4

\rm :\longmapsto\:x = 59 - 56

\rm :\longmapsto\:x = 3

So, Solution of given equation is x = 3, y = 4.
