Hi there!
1) Gametes-
Gametes are the haploid cells that on fusion gives rise to Zygote.
There are two types of haploid cells:-
1) Male Gamete
2) Female Gamete
2) Allele-
Alternative form of Gene is called as Allele.
3) Dominant trait-
That trait which will be expressed in F1 generation of any kind of cross is called as Dominant trait.
4) Recessive Trait-
The trait which will not be expressed in F1 generation and is hidden is known as Recessive trait.
5) Gene - Transcriptionally active form of DNA or basic unit of heredity is called as Gene.
Thanks:)
