Given Diameter of copper rod = 2cm.

Then radius r = d/2

                       = 2/2

                       = 1cm.

Given height = 10cm.

We know that volume of copper rod = pir^2h

                                                              = pi * (1)^2 * 10

                                                              = 10pi.

Given the height of wire = 10m = 1000cm.

We know that volume of the wire = pir^2h

                                                         = pir^2 * 1000

                                                         = 1000pir^2 cm^2.

Now,

Volume of the copper rod = Volume of wire.

= > 10pi = 1000pir^2

= > 1/100 = r^2

= > r = 1/10cm.

Now,

Thickness of the wire = 2r

                                     = 2 * 1/10

                                     = 1/5cm

                                     = 0.2cm

                                     = 2mm.

Therefore the thickness of the wire = 2mm.

Hope this helps!
