Sir,
It's very sad to say that the Washing machine which we have purchased from you is giving much trouble..
It is giving irritating sound. Sometimes it don't get start n gives much trouble.
Sir we have taken it by believing u n trusting on it products. U have also said us that if any problem occurs then we will exchange it. So now plz make replacement...
I hope u will do it as early as possible...

Sir,
I purchased a washing machine recently from your showroom against cashmemo no. 223 dated (when you purchased) but I regrets to inform you that the washing machine is not working properly. There are following problems such as ( write the problems in the washing machine).

I bought the washing machine on your assurance of its excellent working which have all proved untrue. I have tried to adjust the various controls but to no purpose. Please send your expert engineer to rectify the fault since the washing machine is still in the guarantee period, I reguest you to replace the washing machine if the fault is irreparable.
