Hello Friend your answer is
2(x^2 + 1 ) = 5x
2x^2 + 2 = 5x
2x^2 - 5x + 2 = 0
2x^2 - 4x - x + 2 = 0
2x(x - 2) -1(x - 2) = 0
( x - 2 ) ( 2x - 1 ) = 0
x = 2 or x = 1/2
i ) on putting the value 2 we get 3/2
on putting the value 1/2 we get -3/2
ii ) on putting value 2 we get 63/8
on putting value 1/2 we get -63/8
Hope it helps you .
Have a nice day .
