Let the angle be 'x'. The equation according to the question

x + x + 20 = 90 (complementary)

2x + 20 = 90

2x = 90 - 20

x = 70/2

x = 35.

Hence, the complementary angles are 'x', 'x + 20' = 35 and 55.

Hope it helps you.

Complementary angles are the sum of two angles which is equal to 90.

Let the angle be 's', then the other angle is 's + 20'. Then,

s + s + 20 = 90

2s = 70

s = 35.

Therefore, the angles are 35 and 55.
