  = \sec( \alpha ) (1 -  \sin( \alpha ))( \sec( \alpha )   +  \tan( \alpha ))
 = ( \sec( \alpha )  -  \tan( \alpha ) )( \sec( \alpha )  +  \tan( \alpha ) )
 =  \sec( \alpha )  ^{2}  -  \tan( \alpha )  {}^{2}
 = 1
Hence proved ...
