see, the given equation x -a =0 , a is a constant number,is a straight line and is always parallel to Y- axis.
if we write the equation again,
x -a =0
⇒x = a
now, this line is to the right of Y- axis when a is a positive integer and it will be in the left of Y- axis , if the value of a is negative integer.
if we write the equation again,
x -a =0
⇒x = a
now, this line is to the right of Y- axis when a is a positive integer and it will be in the left of Y- axis , if the value of a is negative integer.
