Question :--- Solve the Quadratic Equation 4m² + 17m + 15 ?

Solution :---

First we will put the Quadratic Equation Equal to 0.

4m² + 17m + 15 = 0

Now, Splitting the Middle Term we Get,

4m² + 17m + 15 = 0

→ 4m² + 12m + 5m + 15 = 0

→ 4m(m+3) + 5(m+3) = 0

Taking (m+3) common now,

(m+3)(4m+5) = 0

Now, Either (m+3) is Equal to zero or , (4m+5) is Equal to zero.

If , (m+3) = 0. and , if (4m+5) = 0

→ m = (-3) m = (-5/4) .

Hence, value of m will be Either (-3) or (-5/4).
