1)Animes are less acidic than alcohol of comparable molecular masses because bond is less polar than bond. Hence, Animes release ion with more difficultly as compared to alcohol

2)Extra energy is required to separate the molecules of primary amine.therefore primary Amines have higher boilling point than tertiary amine.

Explanation:

1. Amines are less acidic than alcohol because the N-H bond is less polar than O-H bond. So,it releases H+ ions more difficultly.

2. In tertiary amines there is no hydrogen atom attached to the nitrogen. That's why the hydrogen bonding between tertiary amine molecule is impossible. But in case of primary amines there are two hydrogen which is attached to the nitrogen. So, hydrogen bonding is possible in case of primary amines and has much more boiling point.
