Take the vertical line as time and horizontal line as distance and mark the appropriate values for rabbit and for separately and if the lines intersect in the positive values then the fox caught the rabbit otherwise it couldn't.

The line for rabbit is the distance time graph of its speed and same for the fox if the two lines intersect each other in positive values then it means they were at the same place at same time which means that the fox caught the rabbit and if they intersect in negative values then it means either time or distance is negative or both which is not possible and it means that the fox couldn't catch the rabbit.
