surface area of solid = area of cube + csa of hemisphere -- area of base of himisphere

area ofcube = 6 ×7×7  = 294  

csa of hemis. = 2πr^2  

2×3.14×49  = 77 cm ^2

area of base of hemis. = πr^2  

77/2  

total area of solid = 294+77+77/2  =  332.5 cm^2
