Given that
25 % bulbs are Green
15 % bulbs are Red
Total number of bulbs = 3900

Now
Total % of Yellow bulb used = 100 - (% of red bulb + %green bulb)

= 100 - (25 + 15 )
= 100 - 40
=60%

Now as % of yellow bulb used = 60%

Then
no. of yellow bulb used = 60% of 3900

= 60/ 100 × 3900

=6/10 × 3900

= 6 × 390

= 2340

Total number of yellow bulb used :- {\boxed{2340}}
