involuntary actions are controlled by the cerebrum, the cerebellum, and the spinal cord are all connected to the brainstem. The brainstem has three main parts, the midbrain, the pons, and the medulla oblongata. The brain stem controls vital functions of the body, including: Breathing.

hind brain and mid brain both controls the involuntary actions in our body their functions are :
1.maintain balance in our body (cerebellum)
2.control all involuntary actions like sneezing, coughing etc....
